What we collect on this site
When you ask for the checklist, reserve a spot or start checkout, we keep what you type (name, email, practice, role, phone, number of locations), the page you were on, the campaign tags in the link you arrived from (for example utm_source or an ad click id), the referring site, your IP address and browser, and the time. Payment details go straight to Stripe; we never see your card number.
How we use it
To send what you asked for, follow up about Dental OSHA & HIPAA, set up your office's account on Run My Practice if you buy, and learn which ads and pages work. It is kept in our customer messaging system (HighLevel) and our hosting provider's logs. We do not sell it or share it with other businesses for their marketing. This site never asks for patient information.
Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link that works right away. Account and receipt emails continue while you are a customer.
Text messages
We only text you if you check the box that says: “Yes, text me about Dental OSHA & HIPAA training. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.” Messages are about Dental OSHA & HIPAA: replies to your questions, reminders and occasional offers. Reply STOP to any message to stop all texts from us, or HELP for help. Mobile numbers and text consent are never shared with or sold to third parties for their marketing.
